Productivity Reports:
- Productivity Dashboard-This is a live dashboard which shows key productivity KPIs like OEE, Production Quantity, Stoppages, Hourly Production and Top Losses for the selected Cell or Line.
- Productivity at Workcenter- The reports displays productivity KPIs like OEE, Production Quantity, Stoppages, Hourly Production and Top Losses for the selected workcenter.
- Productivity Analysis - The Productivity Analysis report plots the key KPIs in the form of a trend. This report is available at the cell/line level as well as at a workcenter level.
- Production Timeline- This dashboard depicts the production timeline (Gantt Chart) since the beginning of the current shift. It bifurcates the slots into the productive (Green Slots), planned downtime (Yellow Slots) as well as unplanned downtime (Maroon Slots) in the shift. A Hyperlink is provided for each workcenter to drill down into a workcenter specific productivity dashboard.
- Downtime Analysis - This workspace shows an analysis of the planned and unplanned losses over the selected period.
A workcenter level report has also been provided and can be accessed via REPORTS->Productivity-> Workcenter Downtime Analysis.
